◆ Spin column, Liquid collection tube and pressing o-ring are made by imported medical grade polypropylene,Resistant to Acid-base and organic solvents. Can be autoclavable at 121°C. Maximum RCF : 14000×g.
◆ Silicon basis Nucleic adsorption membrance is made by imported raw material,No contamination, No inhibitor. Unique technology makes the tiny pores exhibit a uniform distribution and the apertures are fine with same size. Thus stable, efficient and specific nucleic adsorbability can be guaranteed.
◆ Sieve plate is made by specific fiber, 0.3mm thickness, diameter 50um, which can make an extremely low absorbing rate on DNA.
◆ Apply to extracting various kinds of Nucleic for labs and making Nucleic purification kit by biological company.
